Users must first be archived from the Active Users list. Once archived, they can be permanently deleted from the Archived Users list.
Can additional industry categories be added to the Industry field in the Card Holder module?
Yes, additional categories can be incorporated. Please submit the list of required industries to the Carddio support team for processing.
Is it possible to permanently delete a card in Carddio CRM?
Permanent deletion of cards is not supported. Cards not in use should be archived instead.
How do I turn 2FA on or off in Carddio CRM?
Log in to the CRM web portal at crm.carddio.com.sg , navigate to Settings > General, and toggle the 2FA option to enable or disable it.

How long does it take to get the Refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
How do I track my Refund?
To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.
