This guide will walk you through the steps to create and send bulk email campaigns to your leads using the Marketing Campaign feature in Carddio CRM.
Step 1: Access the CMS
Go to cms@carddio.com.sg in your web browser.
Step 2: Sign In
Log in using your Carddio CRM account credentials.
Step 3: Open Marketing Campaign
From the side navigation menu, click on the Marketing Campaign dropdown.
Step 4: Create a Campaign Group
To start, you’ll need to create a campaign group.
Click on “Create Group.”
Step 5: Select Leads
Select the leads you want to include in your campaign by checking the boxes next to their names.
Step 6: Create Campaign Group
After selecting the leads, click on the “Create Campaign Group” button.
Step 7: Name the Group
Enter a Group Name, then click “Create.” The new group will now appear in the Campaign Group List.
Step 8: Create a Campaign
Next, we’ll send a campaign to the group you just created. Click on “Create Campaign.”
Step 9: Select Campaign Type
Choose Campaign Type as Group Campaign. From the Group dropdown, select the lead group you want to send the campaign to.
Step 10: Add Email Subject
Enter the Subject Line for your email campaign.
Step 11: Add CC/BCC (Optional)
If needed, add CC or BCC email addresses.
Step 12: Compose Email Content
In the Body section, type or paste the email content you want to send.
Step 13: Add Attachments (Optional)
If your email includes files, click “Add Attachment” to upload them.
Step 14: Select SMTP Server
From the SMTP Server dropdown, choose the email account from which you want to send the campaign.
Step 15: Choose Sending Option
- Select “Send Campaign” to send the campaign immediately, or
- Select “Schedule Campaign” to choose a specific date and time for sending.
Step 16: Send or Schedule the Campaign
Finally, click “Create” to either send the campaign right away or schedule it for later, based on your selection.
